Supporting your child’s reading
Saturday 2nd March, 9.00am – 10.30am
Creating a love of reading in children is potentially one of the most powerful ways to improve children’s progress in school, and beyond into the wider world. Come and join us for a FREE fun filled morning that will focus on understanding how children learn to read and the skills they need to become successful independent readers. Experts in literacy are unanimous in their belief that parents reading with their children make a huge impact of their learning, so we will give you top tips and strategies when helping your child to read at home. Activities provided for boys and girls, aged 0-5. Older siblings also welcome.
